How do I save something to Snugit?
In any app, tap Share, then tap Save to Snugit. If you don't see it, scroll to the end of the row of apps, tap More, and add it. You can also open Snugit and tap the plus button to paste text or add a photo or file. More on how the share sheet works.
What's free, and what does Snugit Pro add?
The free plan saves up to 10 items, and search, pinning, Face ID lock and duplicate warnings are all included. Snugit Pro, monthly or yearly with a 3-day free trial, unlocks unlimited items and unlimited folders.
What happens when I reach the free limit?
Nothing is deleted. You can still open, search and use everything you've saved. Only adding something new asks you to upgrade, or to delete an older item to make room.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Snugit, go to Settings, tap your plan, and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel my trial or subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the iPhone's Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Snugit, and tap Cancel. To avoid being charged, cancel a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by Snugit. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I turn off the "similar item" warning?
Open Snugit, go to Settings, and switch off Warn About Similar Notes. Snugit will then save everything without asking, even near-duplicates.
Do my saved items sync or back up?
Not yet. Everything is stored on your iPhone, so deleting the app deletes what you've saved. Sync across devices is on the roadmap.
Can I use Snugit on Android or iPad?
Snugit is built for iPhone. There's no Android version yet, and a dedicated iPad layout isn't available.
I signed up for the old waitlist. Is my email still stored?
No. The waitlist was retired and the list deleted once Snugit launched. If you'd like written confirmation, email the address above.
